In The Words Of Helen Keller
- Never bend your head. Hold it high. Look the world straight in the eye.
- When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.
- Self-pity is our worst enemy and if we yield to it, we can never do anything wise in this world.
- Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.

come back to square one, just the minimum bare bones. Relaxing with the present moment, relaxing with hopelessness, not resisting the fact that things end, that things pass, that things have no lasting substance, that everything is changing all the time - that is the basic message.
